Subject: From: Date: | RE: [ECS] EDM Replace carriage return? David Kindred Fri, 14 Jan 2000 12:35:48 -0500 |
>> Why not just write a quick pgm to strip em ?
Well....... I could. I just wanted to know if I could do it in EDM as I'm
using Kevin Keast's cool EDM script to process the weather forecast info and
would rather not process with EDM, run an external stripper app, then
continue processing with EDM again. I really wanted to know if I was
overlooking something in EDM that would let me find and replace non-printing
characters.
Thanks!

David,
I think the only way to do this is in full-screen mode
(press <F1> twice to get there, once more to return to
command mode). However, I think you will need to get the
next rev of EDM to do this.
Why not just write a quick pgm to strip em ?
