Mark,
You are, as always, absolutely correct!!!!
Went back into my .CFG file, found 4 PHONE-BOX items defined (from a LONG
time ago) and prefixed them with ? (to preserve them for posterity if I need
'em again).
Exited ECS; restarted..........VIOLA! Only one play of the answer message
and immediate "beep"...... However, I still get the obligatory 60 seconds of
"beep-beep" if I hang up before the outgoing message ends.
Lastly, has this (Phone-box) answering stuff always been this way or did I
miss something along the road?
All in all, not a bad day!!!
Did the ELG.TMP file I sent you this am help any?
