Mark,
     That paragraph is of really no consequence. It was just a statement that
I cleaned up the hard drive prior to loading ECS. It is my opinion that the
Windows operating system is especially vulnerable to problems due to corrupted
files or what ever as result of user mistakes,marginal application software,
or failed upgrades. No big deal.
I obviously don't speak the correct technical language. Definitely a
disadvantage.
     If no one else is having a problem starting ECS from the "Start Programs
Menu", it must be something I'm doing. I'll keep working on it.
