Kevin,
I think I have found/corrected this problem.
If a Group was DELETED, ECS failed to properly adjust the
internal event-line states where ACTIVE-GROUP was referenced.
So any ACTIVE-GROUP event-lines which referenced a group
that was defined AFTER the one that was deleted would
actually then be referencing the "next" Group.
If anyone understands this torturous explanation, I would
be impressed (the bottom line is that it's fixed) :-)
