Hi Ben,
Having just learned how to perform serial I/O under LINUX,
I am just now beginning the effort to "port" ECS to same.
I also need to learn how to play WAVE files.
I may release a prelim/beta version within a month or so,
which will support serial devices, but will have but a
VERY primitive user-interface (a decent UI will take
much more time).
If you have LINUX advice/knowledge to share, or have
any questions, feel free to call (Mon-Sat, 9AM-7PM/EST).
I will also be here some of today.
Later...
