you should be fine - with internet connection sharing, you effectively have 2 IP addresses.
one tied to your network interface card (NIC) and one tied to your 
dial-up adapter. the world sees you as whatever IP your ISP assigns, while all of your
machines in-house see the IP address tied to the NIC.
