Is there a list available of all the ECS commands?

I am trying to use ECS and ACE and in ACE I read that I should use the ECSUIS-S and
the ECSUPD commands to send state info to ACE but I can't find any mention of these
commands in ECS docs. In general is there a comprehensive list of commands?  Also how
do I send these commands?  Do I put them into an event?  How exactly do I implement
commands in ECS?
