I am trying to use ECS with ACE. On the ACE side I have enabled ECS and requested a
status update on startup of ACE.

when ACE starts it tries to get a status update from ECS and then gives me an error
that ECS not responding within 5 seconds and therefore cancels the update. Am I doing
anything wrong?
