I'm unable to get ECS to communicate with my Gemini 3200 panel.

I've defined item: Alarm Panel, type:Security-IFC-C, correct "comm" port...

When I "save" item definition, status message reports one of two things:

1) ERROR:NG_OP:NG rdy tmo (Item"Alarm Panel")

or

2) ERROR:Passcode (xxxxxx) rejected (Item"Alarm Panel")


note: digits entered replace xxxxxx in line above....


I've tried the following passcodes:

Master Security Code
Download Security Code
User Security Code

All with the same results......

Which (NAPCO definition please) code needs to be specified?
