Subject: From: Date: | Re: [ECS] NAPCO Gemini Panel Bill Walters Thu, 3 Feb 2000 13:24:35 -0600 |
Bruce,
OK, thanks for the ideas.
So far I'm not having much luck getting ECS to "talk" to the panel; the
NAPCO software works just fine (install stuff), so I know that's working.
And yes, I have the HA chip and PC-Mini interface all hooked up.
Can you also find out which user armed or disarmed the system based on user
code? (U01, U02, U03, etc?) Have you tried "reading" the log thru ECS or
is that even possible? It looks to me pretty easy to interrogate any
particular zone or take actions based on ALARM condition, it's the other
"fun" things I'm itching to find out about.....
I just talked to Mark G. and he's making up a "test" ecs for me to try;
we'll see what happens when I get that loaded up.
Thanks and I'll keep you posted!
Bill Walters
