Hi Paul:

Try typing in the following address from the Start/Run button...

http://localhost/ecs/ecs_groups.htm

Note that Ecs is located in the C:\ECS directory on my machine. You might
have to modify the path, remembering the DOS 8 character limit....
http://localhost/program~1/  You get the idea.
