Subject: From: Date: | Phone-Interface-c Item Kevin Keast Fri, 18 Feb 2000 23:18:52 -0500 |
Hello All,
I have had the same event for connecting to my ISP, ftp'ing an update to my
online web page, and downloading a web page for WX for the longest time and
all worked fine.
I went in and changed only the web page I was downloading and now I cannot
seem to reset my "Phone-Interface-C" item after it downloads and uploads
using "rasdial" to connect and disconnect. Very strange. I have a Zoom
14.4 modem that has always worked flawlessly and still appears to work fine
with the exception of resetting.
I get the following error back from ECS when my event tries to "reset" phone
interface c:
ERROR: MODEM ERROR resp to "AT+FCLASS=8" ISP Manager line 20
Line 20 simply reads:
Then phone-interface-c set reset
If I try to reset the phone interface-c from a group screen I get:
ERROR: COM3 in use.
Problem is, it is not in use! I can go into the control panel and verify
this.
Any help here would be much appreciated.
Thanks,
Kevin
