Try this...
Get the correct IP address from the machine that has ECS on it. Use winipcfg
if you don't know it.
Type in the Start/Run window
http://{your ip address xxxx.xxxx.xxxx.xxxx}/{path to ecs}/ecs_groups.htm
when the groups htm page comes up and you point one of the choices, you
should see the name of the page, without the % sign. If you are seeing
C:\----- then you have a problem with your path. I'm still green on this
stuff but when I use the C:\ path in explorer rather than http:// I run into
similar problems. Hope that is some help.
