Mark,

The modem is exclusively used by ECS.  No, I cannot hear the caller when
he/she  is recording a message.  I have not tried a reset  of phone
interface C.  I will try that the next time I have a problem, which should
be in a few days.

Mark,
Are you using the modem with any other software ?
Can you hear the caller as he is recording the msg ?
Does an F5 on the phn-ifc-c fix it ?
