Mark,
I have another question. When using the Item "Voice-Command" should the
verification to "repeat the command" be verbal? I can give you these details.
One of my Voice-Commands is named "VR All Lights Off". As outlined in
5.9.4.114 it is defined:
Type :Voice-Command
Command :"All Lights Off"
Verify :Yes
Acknowledge :"Go Ahead"
It is in a Lights Event:
If VR All Lights Off Is Now True
then PLC Cmd A Set All Units Off
then PC-Bell Set 1
If I issue the verbal command "All Lights Off", All Lights Off will be
displayed in text form in the VR window, if shortly thereafter I issue the
verbal command "Go Ahead", Go Ahead will be displayed for a brief time in the
VR window replacing "All Lights Off". and immediately following the PLC signal
will be sent. All PLC lights that are on will then go to their off states. The
only verification was visual. I did hear the PC-Bell which should give some
indication that the sound card is functional.
Is this correct, the verification is visual or do I need to do something
else?
Thanks, Larry C.
