Howdy, Mark.
I'm saying that ECS isn't seeing any CID data from the modem at all. It
never gets to the point of trying to find a match.

What is "recognized" ?
Are you saying that it is not announced,
or that ECS is not finding a CID match in your CID.ID file ?
