Mark,
I know ACE isn't your problem, but there is something happening now that I
have ECS 4.3.001 running that didn't happen before.
ACE Server has gone into an infinite loop, trying to repetedly update
temperatures to ACE client. The temperatures involved are from the Prairie
Digital Interface (analog inputs).
I shut down the ACE server. At the ACE client (different computer) disabled
state monitoring of the various temperatures. Restarted ACE Server. Same
problem happened again; seems as though I missed disabling one temperature.
Shut down ACE server, went downstairs to disable state monitoring of
temperature, then went back upstairs..
When I returned upstairs, there was the big red circle X, with PAGE FAULT
ERROR generated by ECS. Here's the dump I copied from it:
ECS caused an invalid page fault in
module ECS.EXE at 0187:00406442.
