After d/l 4.3.001 and trying to install ECS using Setup I hung on the setup
screen with an error message "Error occurred during the move data process"

I tried the install in the same directory as ECS and even tried installing
from another directory with the same results.

When I tried to run the latest beta, I noticed that the server port seems to
be assigned to port 2000 (as per upd.txt) but I then get an error message
stating
"ERROR: SOCK_BF:tmo(TCP_API_SVR). This message keeps popping up every couple
of minutes or so, so I'm assuming that the server is having problems with
something. I don't remember seeing and ECS.EXE being extracted when I
unzipped ECS.ZIP so I don't know what might have changed.
