Good Morning, Charles:
I had pretty much the same experience with Brian, less the smart-ass reply.
I normally don't engage in open hostility posts, but after being told time
and time again (when I could get any response at all), that my order was
being taken care of, I also basically was given the shaft. If anyone is
interested, I have most of the e-mail dealing with this sad affair.
I had heard glowing statements about futurestandard's customer service over
in comp.home.automation. Boy, were they off base.
If anyone knows who else sells RC-80 thermostats?
