    19)	The default TCP/IP port (#9 above) has been changed from 2000 to
	3000, as the ACE Touchscreen software already used 2000.

    20)	A DDE API bug has been corrected which kept the proper Items
	from being dumped for the "I,[MON]" command.

	4.3.003 (03/09/00)

    21)	Fixed a bug in the SERIAL/DDE APIs which could trigger repeated/
	redundant State-update packets.
