Is there an Add-In or Other tool that will tell me rather my Visual Basic
program is releasing all of its resources. I have been using System Monitor
(Allocated memory) but
after chasing the "Elusive Butterfly" for about 6 hours. I discovered that
almost any program one runs will allocate more memory and not return it all.
