of these things mean/do .........

2.FILTER @C-BAND1.CHN TVLNEW1.TXT 0 29     >>>>what does the 0 29  mean/do

3.IF EXIST TVLDEL1.TXT FILTER @TVLDEL1.TXT TVLNEW.TXT 0 0 1 -   >>>what does
the 0 0 1 -  mean/do

4.KMW "US Int"
KMW Connected/Up Connected/Enter    >>> mean/do

mean/do  = canadian slang
