Modem and Set up

Finally got most of my stuff moved over to a new computer and new operating
system (Win95). Thanks to all
(especially Michael) for the help. I'm trying to set up my modem and was
wondering if anyone could help me
out with the addressing in SETUP. According to the resources window in Win95
my PCI modem's address is
IRQ 10
I/O Range 0110-0117
COM13

In ECS's Setup I have defined COM13 at a110; assuming that the 'a' indicates
IRQ 10 and the '110' indicating
the start of the address at 0110. This must be wrong because if I save SETUP
and start up ECS the address
for COM13 has changed and ECS reports an error of
"MODEM ERROR: responding to "AT#CLS=8"
Do I have the correct I/O address?

Thanks:
Don
