The 0 denotes that the {lineup}.CHN chan #'s are NOT to override
those in thje downloaded listings.

0 is the col# of the 1st file.
29 is the col# of the 2nd file.

Ditto to above for 1st 2.
The 1 denotes to look for "exact match" (I forget details).
