The 0 denotes that the {lineup}.CHN chan #'s are NOT to override
those in thje downloaded listings.

0 is the col# of the 1st file.
29 is the col# of the 2nd file.
 
> 3.IF EXIST TVLDEL1.TXT FILTER @TVLDEL1.TXT TVLNEW.TXT 0 0 1 -   >>>what does
> the 0 0 1 -  mean/do

Ditto to above for 1st 2.
The 1 denotes to look for "exact match" (I forget details).

I don't know how this got into your file (this is for MY PC).
