Peter,
Michael and I were unable to identify why Win sometimes
failed to send the "timer" message to ECS on his PC
(which should occur 4 times a second).
I will send you the "work-around", whereby ECS will
detect when the timer fails, display/log a "TIMER ERR"
message, and continue on.
