Just phone cards.  They can Fax (but not via TAPI), but that is it.  

I saw folks posting a price for the development kit, but I've never had to
pay for it.  They seem to give it to you with your first order (if you
order directly from Dialogic).  This may be because they know I'm buying
the board to create software to resell, but Mark would would be in the
exact same position as well.
