Yes. The file exists.
When I try to open the Message window it displays
some old entries from about a month ago but does
not add any new ones. The one line message display
under the tool bar displays the error message. I
can close the message window and ECS continues to
run. I have deleted the ECS.LOG file and created a
new one but that did not help. I thought the ECS.EXE
file may have something wrong with it so I copied it
to another system but that system worked ok.
