Hi Mark:

I'm having problems getting past the first web page with the new beta. Using
IE5 the reported error is"load:class ecs_item not found"

The error in Netscape 4.7 is a bit more interesting...
"Applet Ecs_item error java.lang.ClassFormat error Bad magic number"

Bad magic number? I always thought there was more than just a little bit of
black magic with computer programming, but this is the first time I have
proof.:-)

Of possible interest...the directory that I have the ECS beta stuff is
c:\beta.
