Hi Mark!

The memory countdown I am seeing is not at all like the expected memory
fluctuation in Windows 95.  Free memory continuously counts down at a rate
of about 100K per second, and the rate of countdown is constant until it
gets down to somewhere between 400K and 600K where it jumps back up and
starts the countdown again.  The MS Speech SDK 4.0 is causing this problem,
and it has nothing to do with ECS.

Didn't want you to think I was overlooking the obvious.  :)

NOTE TO W95 USERS: The FREE-MEMORY Item reflects free physical
mem and is EXPECTED to fluctuate. This Item is of little use
under W95, such that I removed it from the example CFG.
