I tried out the new Beta version.  My performance went from 4 passes per second to 1.
 It brought my network to a crawl and I went back to a previous version.  I also tried
out the screens via Network/Netscape and they took 30 + seconds or more to paint as
opposed to less than 10 in a former version.  The ECS machine is a 166 P........

I am unsure if my Netscape settings are OK or not.  I could not find settings so as
to insure Java etc was running.  I think Java is enabled, but not really sure.  I use
Netscape 4.7.  Where are the settings?  I found Certificates and a long listing but
no on or off switches enaable/disable etc.
