I've tried both http://localhost:3000 and http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:3000
(obviously substitute my ip #s).  Also, when using RADMIN, I just have to
enter the IP address, no URL...  I get the same results on either machine in
my network (remote or ECS) except that on the ECS machine, the name of the
computer in the error message changes.

And, Don - I'd rather not try Netscape - I've got too much junk on my
computers as it is ;-)
