Can anyone tell me why the HOTJAVA browser would
repeatedly/constantly request any icon (image) file ?
Neither IE nor NS do this.
The ECS web server is responding to such requests as follows:
	HTTP/1.0 200 OK
	content-type: image/jpeg
	content-length: 2860
	<empty>
	<empty>
	{file}
