I've been having lots of problems lately with the START command locking up
the ECS machine. If I CTRL-ALT-DEL and end task on the MS-DOS box that was
created by the START command, everything is fine - the command even is
carried out. Is there another way of starting programs or URLs - maybe with
a Windows executable?
