Hey - does anyone have an old HAL catalog lying around.  I think there was a
box that they sold that did what I'm looking for:
Pick up on the first ring, while not letting the ring voltage pass through
to connected phones;
Make the "No Solicitors" announcement;
Ring the connected phones when a number is pressed.

Perhaps if someone has one of these old catalogs, we can find out who
manufactures this box.
