The web pages have been produced with a simple browser in mind, again - no
frames, small graphics, etc. No frills web pages for sure.

I'm not sure how the site is actually coded.

Thanks for the info.
Are these "simplified pages" specially-created web pages,
or are they existing pages that are somehow "optimized" ?
If the latter, how is this done (is it just a matter of
reducing image resolution) ?
