This is exactly what I'm getting. Netscape reports the following error
message. Applet ecsio exception java.lang.classcast exception ecsio is
not an applet

Any ideas Mark?

all pages load alright except that all states show up with ( ? ) i am unable
to change states.
this applies to netscape and ie 5.
any idea's what might be wrong here
