Hi Paul/Stuart,
What browser ?
Local or remote connection ?
Paul:Have you carefully followed browser setup directions ?
Is there anything unique about your PCs that I should be aware of ?
Please
1) re-start your browser
2) re-start ECS
3) turn on your browser's JAVA CONSOLE,
4) press ALT-Z in ECS,
5) reproduce the problem,
6) email me the resulting console dump and DBG.TMP.
