Subject: From: Date: | RE: [ECS] DOS Version of ECS Wizard Fri, 5 May 2000 11:24:54 -0400 |
I bought Dynasty 1.0 and a Dynaface from Barclay Brown at Home Automation
Labs at Comdex Spring in Atlanta in 1991. Before that, I had been running
my house on self-written software / self built hardware on a Kaypro CPM
machine. Before that, I had been doing extensive X10 control on my TRS-80.
ECS DOS 3.3 is still running most of my house. As I get time, I am slowly
moving items and events to a new machine running ECS Win 4.0
I still have my TRS-80 Color Computer, Serial number 0000006. And my
Heathkit Hero 1 Robot, Serial number 0003. Now, who remembers those?

Sure do - I started with Dynasty way back in 91. I think it was version 1
back then. :)
Cheers!

I might win the most-ancient-version-still-running prize. Running Dynasty
3.0 (aka ECS) - been running 24/7 for *many* years :-).
Anyone old enough to remember that <g>?
