Perhaps it would be good to compare ECS to other available HA programs so
people can see how superior it is? Are there any other programs as
impressive and flexible as ECS?
Tell us more about the Java event writing. :)

Any suggestions on the press release below ?
I plan to release/announce on Monday.
Tanx,
<u><b>ECS 4.4 Press Release</b></u><br>
Omnipotence is pleased to announce the release of ECS 4.4

with primary enhancements as follows:
<ol>
<li>ECS now supports a <b>web-based user-interface</b>,
thru which users may access ECS via the <b>Internet/WWW</b>.
Thus, users may conveniently monitor/control household items

Those without a permanent Internet connection may call ECS
and enter a code to trigger an ISP dialup.
Users may create <b>custom web pages</b>
(using the ECS-generated web pages as examples).
<li>Programmers now have the option of writing <b>ECS scripts in
JAVA</B>.
(which may be executed locally or remotely).
<li>ECS can now <b>translate web-page text to any foreign
language</b>
in any character-set (contact us for details).
</OL>
ECS-Standard retails for $200 (less a 20% discount for check
payments).<br>
