I would suggest 2 possible ways you may consider.
1 create a script file whith a continuous loop that checks for and deletes
the "info file" after sending the necessary parameters to postite then it
would have to pause or wait before looping. What worries me about this
method is the amout of CPU time this kills effectively locking the machine
into a task.
2 use the task scheduler to run a script in which postie is called then the
file is deleted and a flag sent to ecs on completion.
I have a really neat little scripting program called AUTO-IT that will allow
you to set this up simply and then ceate an EXE file of the script if you
like.
