My Reminder event runs at 7PM.  I have created a filter change reminder for
four dates.  What is the difference in:
If   Date is 02/01
or Date is 05/01
or Date is 08/01
or Date is 11/01
then filter change announcement set speak

or
If   Date is 02/01
Else if Date is 05/01
Else if Date is 08/01
Else if Date is 11/01
then filter change announcement set speak

I read thru my old 3.4 ECS users guide last night and honestly can't figure
out the difference between an OR and and ELSE IF
