Subject: From: Date: | Low modem Record level David Kindred Fri, 2 Jun 2000 15:31:04 -0400 |
Mark,
Today, I just put in an old Zoom 14.4VFP modem I got from Ebay, thinking it
would make all my telephone stuff much better. I just tested the basics and
found the RECORDING level to be very, very low. TTS and WAV files (outgoing
message) sound fine through the modem. It's just the recorded message is
terribly low volume.
My phone0.set has ATL3 in it, if that affects recording volume.
Any suggestions of what I might try?
