Gary:

 This is a shot in the dark but does ECS see the commands from the
controller? If ECS does see the commands, but can't control the TW-523, I'd
suspect a bad TW-523. If ECS doesn't see the controller, then perhaps the
cable to the TW-523 is bad. I can't remember if the cable is straight
through or one of the pairs are switched.How about the X-10 light on the
MicroRedac? What does it do? You might visit ADI's web page to rule out
that.
