If you are using a Redac (Dynaface) you should use the PLC-Interface-2C
item, not the 2K. :)

Sorry Mark I looked again and there is/are some messages saying that the PLC
interface 2K is not operational. I assume the 2K is the same as the
dynaface?

If ECS reports no error, that means that the
REDAC is responding properly (and either "thinks"
that it is sending the commands, OR is buffering
them due to some other problem).
