Subject: From: Date: | RE: [ECS] X-10 Poling of device status Martin Terry Sat, 17 Jun 2000 20:31:58 -0700 |
ECS sees the x-10 codes and should update the states as well. Do you have
one on a group screen to monitor? There is no way to easily see the current
state of an item in ECS without displaying an item in a group screen.

Subject: [ECS] X-10 Poling of device status
Ok, now when I first started hooking up X-10 stuff with Active Home I
could change the state of the lights using palm pads and the on/off
switchs on the universal modules. Active Home knew when I did that and
updated the graphics on the screen.
Now when I do something like that while running ECS, it doesn't seem to
know that items are on or off. Is there some way to poll the status of
my X-10 modules? I'm using a CM-11a as my interface.
