Hi Paul,
The X10 "Status-request" command is only supported
by "special" X10 modules (whose name I forget).
But I think this command (and it's response) ARE
supported by the TW-523.
If you're using standard modules, the only solution is
to assure that the module in question is ALWAYS set via
an X10 command (versus a pushbutton on the module itself).
At startup, we can assume that the module is OFF, since
ECS should be re-starting only if the power has failed.
