Yes, it is just as Dan H. said, WACTRL will only send commands to Winamp on
the same computer, which is fine if you have an application that can shell
out to execute programs (such as ECS). For remotely controlling Winamp, I
can't think of a better solution than ACE. Dan has done an incredible job
with his product.

A few comments on various options. David did write a very nice utility to
control Winamp. But, I think it has to run on the same PC as ECS. Comments
