paul, Does it just run slow or suddenly go off by an hour?
I had a similar problem running ECS under Win98SE, but the time would
suddenly be an hour or some hr multiple off. Turns out it was the AntiVirus
software. Microsoft is aware of the problem but there solution is to turn
off the AV software!
Alos, if your jumping an hr and running windows, turn off the DST update and
see if it goes away.
