I have a couple of questions I hope someone can help me
with.  The First is a few days ago Mark referenced a 
ECS_Class that you can set to raise the playback volume on
text to speech.  Does anyone know exactly what that class
was and how to use it?  The second is I'm using a generic 
version of the example.cfg for my setup on the phone.  How
do I allow specific callers to hear personalized greetings
when they call?
