Hi Joe:

ECS_RPC_WAV_GAIN will raise the gain for the Incoming Recorded message

ECS_TTS_RPC_GAIN will raise the outgoing message

create a text item with either name and set the text to whatever percentage
you want to
raise the gain...900 for 900% etc.

For steering the Caller ID, If you have created a caller id list as in the
example, use the logic like

IF Caller-ID-IFC-A Is now 1
Then OGM1 Set Play
IF Caller-ID-IFC Is Now 2
Then OGM2 Set Play

where 1, and 2 correspond to the position of your caller id list

                            O Private
XXX-XXX-XXXX 1 John Smith
XXX-XXX-XXXX 2 Jill Jones

Hope that helps.....

Don
